Overall Purpose of the Job

Collaborate closely with the graphic designer and technician to translate creative  designs into high-quality garments while ensuring precision in garment construction,  operate various sewing machines with expertise, and maintain the highest standards  of craftsmanship. This role requires effective communication with the production  team to meet timelines, uphold safety protocols, and deliver results that align with  the BluePrint’s quality objectives. The seamstress will also contribute to the  continuous improvement of production processes while fostering a proactive and  detail-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct garments according to patterns and designs provided
• Operate plain, overlocking, and cover-seam sewing machines efficiently
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in garment production
