Job offer: Process Assistant at Letšeng Diamonds

Introduction

Letšeng Diamonds (Pty) Ltd (“Letšeng”), a private company owned by Gem Diamonds Limited (“Gem”) (70%) and the Government of Lesotho (“GoL”) (30%) has insourced process function which consists of Plant Maintenance, Plant operation and Plant Procurement. As part of this insourcing, Letšeng is looking for suitable candidates for the position of PROCESS ASSISTANT

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible to assist and support with housekeeping and any basic operational tasks as delegated by the Process Foremen and other members of the process operational team.  

Desired Qualification, Experience Skills & Competencies

Basic numeracy and literacy skills, COSC will be advantageous

Some experience working in a diamond processing plant environment

Fit and physically strong. 
Not colour blind and free from vertigo.
Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment 
Ability to carry out instructions and adheres to all safety, security, health and environmental policies and procedures in the plant areas
