OnePower Lesotho (1PWR) is seeking experienced individuals to play an integral role in organizational operation as the company continues to grow at a very fast pace. OnePower Lesotho, a startup Independent Power Producer (IPP), has been selected as the preferred developer of a utility scale solar PV power plant (first to be privately financed in Lesotho). In addition to on-grid solar OnePower was incorporated with a mission to develop bankable pay as you go (PAYG) solar mini-grids for community electrification and is currently in the execution phase of its Minigrids Portfolio.
Position: HR Lead
The HR Lead will be responsible for all HR functions, will report directly to C-Level of the company, and will have the opportunity to interface with a diverse team of -65 employees working in Maseru and at field sites across Lesotho.
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years work experience demonstrating deep experience with HR management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Sesotho
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred
