Machabeng College is an independent international coeducational day-and-boarding school with almost 500 students in grades 7 to 12 in Maseru, Lesotho’s capital. It is Lesotho’s only international school and teaches the IGCSE and IB Diploma programs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Maseru for a Principal at Machabeng College. The Principal, who is directly responsible as CEO to the Board of Governors, will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan and overseeing the effectiveness of all the school’s operations, including educational programs, personnel, enrolments and oversight of finances.
Qualifications
- Experience in school leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of strategic planning and crisis management
- Ability to analyze data and enhance school effectiveness
- Demonstrated experience in working with diverse stakeholders and resolving complex issues
