Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing station! we are looking for you:
1. RADIO NEWS PRESENTER/HOST
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Research content for the show, guests and music.
– Come up with new ideas for the show.
– Speak to experts in different fields,
– Organizing meetings, interviews and schedules:
– Operating technical equipment, such as radio mixer, mics, telephone lines etc
– Interviewing guests via the telephone or in person
SKILLS
– Voice should be of broadcast quality; clear, lively and confident
– Ability to read fluently
– Having a strong command of language
– Aware of current affairs (keep up-to-date with local and international issues).
– Aware of the characteristics of the target audience.
– Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
– Ability to work effectively under pressure
– Ability to operate a variety of recording equipment being enthusiastic, friendly and respectful to listeners.
