Scooters Pizza - Maseru, Lesotho

Legend has it that Scooters Pizza was started by three like minded, professional food and franchise guys. This is utterly untrue and not to mention totally boring! The only thing our heroes had in common was a love for the tastiest pizza and the desire to get it served and delivered faster than ever before!

Unhappy with the state of pizza delivery in South Africa our three young pizza-teers set out to change the way the public thought about pizza. Thus they started the phenomenon that we know today as Scooters Pizza. Now, not only are our boys the champions of hot, tasty and fast pizza. They also have a philosophy. Not what you'd expect from three professional cheese slingers, eh? Well, it's true. The boys believe that everyone - staff, managers and owners are the most important people

The very first outpost of "Hot. Tasty. Fast" was opened in Westville - that's in Durban hey bru - in September 2000. Since then they've grown faster than a teenage schoolboy outgrowing his school blazer, faster than a Jo'burg gym oke when he hits the juice, faster than a, well, really fast. In fact they're currently the fastest growing pizza chain in South Africa and they intend to keep going! In fact it seems like there's no stopping them, they currently have 128 outlets nationally and are heading for World Pizza Domination! Today South Africa, tomorrow, the world!
